Villa Joy is a brand-new two-story maisonette located in Fanari area with a fantastic view of the sunset and the Aegean blue sea.
The villa features the typical architecture of the Cyclades, with stones and whitewashed walls, it develops on two levels and it can accommodate up to 6 people (thanks to a built-in sofa bed and 1 single bed).
On the ground floor there is a cosy living room area with TV, the fully equipped kitchen, 1 full bathroom and a wooden table with seating for 6 people.
Going up through a few steps you find the 2 bedrooms both with double beds and two en-suite bathrooms.
Outside there is a lovely swimming pool equipped with sunbeds, patio, lounge area where you can relax and enjoy the amazing view of the Aegean Sea and the sunset.
